Vibe Coding Resources is an independent publication run by Novasol Enterprises LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.

Information we collect

Newsletter subscribers

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is processed and stored by Beehiiv, our newsletter platform. We use your email address solely to send you the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, after which your address will be removed from our list.

Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are popular, where visitors come from, and how content is performing. We do not use cookies for analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Server logs

Like all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically logs basic request data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. These logs are retained for security purposes and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If any cookies are set by embedded third-party tools, they are limited to essential functionality only.

Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate links. Clicking these links may set cookies on third-party sites (not ours) to track referrals. This is handled entirely by those third-party services and is governed by their respective privacy policies. See our affiliate disclosure for more detail.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery and list management
• Cloudflare Pages — static site hosting and CDN

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf. We choose providers with strong privacy practices and do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

Newsletter subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your email is removed from active lists. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
