Novasol Enterprises

Over twelve years as a product manager across fintech, Web3, ad tech, and SaaS: led loan origination at an AI lending platform, Head of Product at a NASDAQ-listed company, Web3 platform and staking at Blockdaemon, ad delivery at Yellowpages.com at over a million daily users.

Since 2025 I've built and shipped my own products with AI tools. Now I do it for founders who have the budget but not the time.

Why founders get stuck

The DIY stall

Lovable or Bolt got you 80% of the way in a weekend. Then came auth, data, and the bug you can't describe well enough to fix. The last 20% is where most solo builds quietly die.

The agency quote

Traditional shops still quote like it's 2019: six figures and six months for a first version. They're pricing in a cost structure that AI-native builders no longer have.

I just need to see it working

You don't need a roadmap deck. You need a URL you can click, show a customer or a cofounder, and decide from. That is what the first 3 days are for.

Proof-of-concept prototype

One core flow, deployed, with real data. Enough to test the idea with people.

Working MVP

from $2,500

Accounts, data, the flows customers actually use. Something you can charge for.

Full product

Ongoing sprints on a product that already works. Scoped after the MVP, never before.

Every project is scoped on the call. The number you see first is the number for the first version; nothing larger is quoted until that version exists.

Common questions
What does it cost? +

Prototypes start at $500. A working MVP starts at $2,500. Anything larger is quoted after the first version exists, never before. The scoping call is free, and there is no deposit: you pay when you have seen the first version and want to keep it.

What can you really build in 3 days? +

One core flow, end to end, deployed to a real URL with real data. A booking flow, a dashboard over your spreadsheet, an intake form with the logic behind it. Not every feature you can imagine: the one that proves the idea. We pick it together on the call.

Who does the work? +

Mike Salwet, personally. Twelve-plus years as a product manager, and since 2025 building and shipping products with AI tools. The portfolio on this page is his. No handoff to a junior, no outsourcing.

I already started with Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor. Is that a problem? +

It's the most common starting point, and the quiz asks about it directly. A half-built project is a head start. Finishing and hardening AI-started builds is a large share of the work.

Will I own the code? +

Yes. The deliverable is a repository you own and a deployment you control. If you decide not to continue after the prototype, you keep nothing and owe nothing; if you keep it, it is yours.

What happens after the prototype? +

If it proves the idea, we scope the working MVP: accounts, data, the flows customers need. If it does not, you have spent three days and learned something for a few hundred dollars instead of a few months and tens of thousands.

Stop researching. See it working.
